Pathetic service in restoring line mweb canceled in error

I've been with mweb for over 2 yrs. I got a msg on 13 August to advise that they had a request to cancel my line. I immediately called and advised there was no such request. Went out of the country. Upon return no wifi. Called their technical team and was then advised line had been canceled. It's now 24 hrs later and still nothing from mweb. Vumatel needs to reactivate the line and promised me a call at 7pm tonight which never happened. Tried technical team again tonight. Asked to escalate the matter and was told nothing can be done till tomorrow. Worst service ever! Yet it was an error on their side
