Pathetic service from Vumatel and Mweb!!!!

Our Vumatel line has been off since august 2024..we contacted mweb and they said we have to contact vumatel.. Tried to contact the, numerous of times.. Every attempt was a failed attempt.. My husband contacted mweb to cancel our service privider who is mweb,everything happend telephonically, and then a email was sent to my husband for confirmation of cancelation..

We are trying to restore our line and to go to another service provider.. Webafrica.. My husband got a call to say that our order cant be processed, because it shows that we are still active with mweb as our service provider..

A consultant of vumatel contacted me yesterday and confirmed that mweb canceled our line..

It is such a struggle with mweb, vumatel and web africa.. No assistance..we cant get through on the lines.. Vumatel is really pathetic, the same with mweb..

This matter needs attention, as we busy with studies and need our internet to be up and running..
