PATHETIC SERVICE FROM MWEMB

I app**** online for MWEB Fibre no equipment was installed by MWEB thus I had no service but I received a mail to say it is installed. Then the non existence service kicked in you dial and and hold on for an hour over and over, eventually dialed in at 0750 and got answer in which I cancelled ( REF ***3)the non existing service but received an invoice for Installation etc and tried all methods to get to speak to anybody my son assisted and managed to get hold of somebody who send will come back to him, never happened THIS MUST BE THE WORST TELCO COMPANY ON EARTH
