Pathetic service from Mweb on moving house

I recently moved house and issued Mweb with a moving notice 2 weeks before the move. There was no need for any installation as the fibre connection was already in the new house and I just moved and connected my ONT and router. I spent all my 120 minutes allocation plus some on my wife's phone trying to expedite reconnection. I was given all sorts of excuses why the connection couldn't take place. It took Mweb a full 2 weeks to connect at the new house. That's pathetic service
