Pathetic service from MWEB more like MPATHETIC

We have moved to a new home. App**** for fibre. Since 17 December no feedback or anything! I have app**** with another service provider with excelent assistance, unfortunantly I can not proceed as it show that It was not canceled at MWEB. Pathetic. It has been 7 weeks already we were trying to get hold of them. Keeps on playing an iritating hymn and saying sorry about the wait we will help as soon as we can... sorry our phoned is ringing off the hook...

Pathetic, but once you select new subscription they can react quickly still waiting the past 30min for someone to assist with the cacelation!
