Pathetic service from MWEB

I have been trying to change the ownership of my account since last year December 2025 and even today I haven’t received feedback of receipt of my completed form and supporting documents. I’m stuck in their live chat that takes forever to respond, they don’t even have an alternative email to submit the relevant documents to for them to update the account.
