Pathetic service from MWEB

I was with fibrestream then moved to mweb with a price jump from R499 to R569. I canceled with mweb thereafter due to this.

I then took out a new contract with them on the 07/03/2023 and was advised the technicians will come out within 7 days with a new router and installation. So I agreed to the new contract as the first 6 months is R419 and new router and able to move it to a different place in my house which will be easier for me to work. Since the 7th March no contact from mweb. I called in today and was advised they won't be moving my line to a different room since I already had existing , I will only be getting a new router. Today is the 16/07/2023 and still no fibre connection. Mweb service is pathetic.
