Pathetic service from MWEB

Hi. I'm having problems with my voip line due to the migration of numbers that mweb has not done. I've sent multiple emails, made a query online and have called mweb support. Nobody is sorting this issue out. I've had no phone for the week. I have elderly family who are reliant on the phone for emergencies. This is pathetic service. My cell no. ***. Adrien
