Pathetic service from Mweb

M-Web you have been extremely useless at delivering on your services.

I have moved into a new premises in December, and up until now, still have no internet. You guys have asked me to make myself available on more than one occasion, where I had to stay away from work, and nothing has been resolved. Vumatel technicians have been out twice, and you now say they need to come out again. I am still at home waiting, and no one has showed up.

You still billed me for the months I had no internet. Please can I be credited for this, and my account cancelled. Thank you.
