Pathetic Service from Mweb and SADV

Receiving the worst experience ever with this company. I signed up with Mweb fibre in October, to date i still dont have fibre installed at home yet im getting billed for something i dont have. If i knew the level of incompetence with Mweb and SADV, i would have opted to go with Vodacom's LTE. There were 'apparent issues' with the infrastructure in Brackendowns Phase 5. That was resolved on Friday 21 DEc however the technicians are blaming the installers who put the ONT in the house saying they messed up the installation. Mweb is happily receiving their premiums so they dont care about intervening. horrible ISP. stay away!!
