Pathetic service from Mweb and Openserve

Wow , wow , what a surprise , I thought that a company with 1,4 million subscribers could use its finances to give good service to the clients ! A pathetic service it my only description! They leave us with connection for endless time and still the customer service had a laugh !! This is our 3rd day , the weekend is here they don’t work on weekends nor in rainy days . Please South African government, let Elon Musk to take over the internet in this country, we are suffering!!!
