Pathetic service from MWEB

Their services are atrocious, almost non existent really, We have tried to contact them with regards to them allocating our fees into the incorrect account, then they sent a notice of voluntary termination of the wifi, over and above that the connection which has been paid for has been almost disconnected, you're unable to make calls on WhatsApp, unable to use MST or stream, literally cannot get any work done online, I then contacted them via their live agent method and it was one of the worst interactions I've had with any service representative in my entire life, me coming from a service representation background myself, was flabbergasted at the rudeness and disregard, the agent who's name I will mention as well as she should lose her job for her **** service and sheer disregard and her disrespectful attitude towards a paying client who has been wronged by this **** brand, her name is Danielle, I sure hope mweb sees this and contacts me, because wow.... And I will definitely be taking legal action for a breach of contract on the service providers side on the grounds that the contract that was signed for service delivery was not met.
