Pathetic service from Mweb

Avoid this company like a plague. 4 months fight with them to sort out a double billing error on their side. Still not finalized. 20 calls to call center, 15 emails to Complaints, 10 online queries. All you get is apologetic excuses. No way of getting to speak to anyone that can actually make a decision. Escalation after escalation after escalation. Will be finding another service provider asap.
