Pathetic Service from Mweb

7 mths ago I had fibre connected thru Mweb and metro fibre. It was the start to my nightmare. On an ongoing basis the internet is down. I am a small business and can’t afford for my internet not to work. Currently my internet is down for 8days. Nobody at Mweb cares, there is no communication unless u phone them. No updates besides sending an sms informing me the internet is down. Mweb we know our internet is not working. Tell us when u anticipate it be working again. Provide timeframes, inform us what the issue is. It was my worse decision to use Mweb as my service provider. Pathetic service. I’m so frustrated
