Pathetic Service from MWEB

What a bad service from MWEB. I did an application on the 17th of December 2019 and I have not received feedback or Modem since. When you call, you will hold until you run out of airtime and the website does not have an email address.

On the application my name was spelled incorrectly......My first name was cut into two and my surname is the other half of my name. wow! that is pathetic.

MWEB please sort your things out or cancel my order, you not the only internet service provider.
