Pathetic service from MWEB

MWEB service is absolutely pathetic, I advised them that I will be moving house on the 12th December and that my fibre line needs to be moved as I work from home, I then confirmed on the 20th December that I am in my new place, it is now the 15 January and I heard nothing from them, I tried calling their support line, and Im placed on hold for 30 minutes at a time then my call is just cut, no call back no feedback, no customer care, really pathetic
