Pathetic Service from mweb

I registered for activation of uncapped wifi on the 7th June.I received the router on Friday the 3 July,and was advised that the activation will be done in 48 hours which should've been yesterday the 7th July (a whole month later)Mweb service is pathetic you hold for over 30 minutes and the agents cannot assist.If Mweb cannot provide my passwords and activate my wifi,they need to collect their router and I will use another service provider.I require feedback asap.
