Pathetic service from Mweb

I can't believe an mweb consultant told me she doesn't care whether I loose my job or not I must just wait for 6 days turnaround time. She even denied speaking to a manager.

I haven’t been connected to the Wi-Fi for a week now and I work from home. No one seems to care with assist every day they escalating.
