Pathetic service from Mweb

After years of being with MWEB they have become no better than Telkom. We requested to have our internet moved 2 weeks ago and still no updates have been given I myself am writing online exams which I can't do at the moment as I do not have access to Internet. We have phoned them numerous times and wasted big amounts of airtime on them. Numerous call backs have been requested and yet no one is calling us back. We have always been in favour of them amd apoke highly about them, but I won't recommend them to anyone. Their service is absolutely pathetic.
