Pathetic Service From MWEB

Worst service of all time!!! I made a payment for my fibre line to be connected. They sent technicians after 10 days. The fibre still didn't work after they sent in their technicians. I then requested for a refund, As I'm typing this. It's been a month and no one is taking any steps towards assisting me. I've spent almost R300 on airtime because when I call their customer care dept, everyone either hangs up or transfers me to another agent. I've spoken to Remi, Sam, Xoli and some other useless agents whose names I can't remember. I've made peace with the fact that I'm not getting my money back!!

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS PATHETIC EXCUSE FOR AN ISP.
