Pathetic service from MWeb

An MWeb client for more than 20 years, I recently moved house and app**** about a month ago to upgrade my account. TT Connect came and installed a fibre cable about three weeks and we have been battling since then to get MWEB sales, technical, moving departments to get the job finished. You phone and hold on for anything up to 15 minutes before being disconnected. Just pathetic.
