Pathetic service from contact centre and online booth - They will leave you frustrated.

Pathetic after sale service. They did not debit my account on the 1st as per usual, so I paid the account using their banking details on the statement. I was then told that I was not supposed to pay via their Nedbank account that's on their statement. I have been trying to get my refund but the call centre is useless - they refer you to the chat booth on the App with either no agent available to help, if there is one, they disappear as soon as you tell them what you need. What makes it worse, is that they are actually reading my messages.
