Pathetic service

The worst service ever I've been holding on trying to get ahold of the billing department for over half an hour and No answer whatsoever. I've been a customer for just over a year and this is the first time experiencing such pathetic service.... Mweb wake up.... I don't have money to sit on a call to discuss my billing. I actually don't feel like you are worth a Star.... Disgraceful service from billing. Noone answers so how can you resolve your issue.
