Pathetic service

Really pathetic client service - there is no place on my account setting to log a query - unlike how it is supposed to reflect - called call centre three times - held on for 20 minutes a time - and then as operator tries to transfer me to sales or technical then line drops - no call back as promised either - reason for call is unable to watch tv at night - due to lost signal - and this is after supposedly free upgrade !!
