PATHETIC SERVICE

MWEB! this is ridiculous! When I moved residence I requested upgrade from Wifi to Uncapped Fibre on 21st February. I have been calling and following up for the past 4 weeks. this is extremely annoying and time wasting. Please help with activation urgently and please provide your clients with feedback at least.
