Pathetic Service

Pathetic service. The fibre's been down all day, even after the planned maintenance of Vumatel was scheduled to finish long ago. When trying to call Mweb's tech support, first time I tried, the message is, 'Due to unforeseen circumstances, we cannot take your call.' Then later on when I tried again, every time as soon as I dial the number it immediately disconnects, all the time. Probably time for me to find a better service provider, this is completely unacceptable.
