Pathetic service

Mwb***7 I joined on line in April. I was billed pro rata but had no access. I e mailed and called several times for assistance. None whay so ever. I e mailed again and asked for the service to be terminated end of April. I was debited 400 end april. I called and e mailed again to have the service terminated and credited. I'm still waiting for a response. I made an error on line to apply for adsl and apparently my landline is not adsl. I requested to have the adsl package instead and use may fees but no answer. I'm fed up and terribly irritated. No service, no response to messages and emails and really pathetic service from ***. I just want this cancelled and get my refund. Plenty other service providers out there. I'm sick and tired of such incompetence
