Pathetic Service

MWEB is the worst company with regards to fiber installation. It has been 2 weeks since Vumatel has installed cabling onto my property and still I have not heard back from MWEB with regards to my router and activation. They are absolutely pathetic and when you try calling their customer service, you are just placed on hold and no one answers. Worst service provider ever!!!
