Pathetic service delivery re a landline porting to Voip request

MWeb's Voip support is absolutely shocking! I timeously requested a porting of my business Telkom landline number as we relocated to an area where there was no Telkom service. They were quick to bill me for the new Voip phone and the service but there has been zero service delivery re the porting application!

I was assured that it would not take longer than 21 days. It is now more than 40 days later and Mweb have still not ported my landline number and I am losing business daily besides having existing clients think that we have gone out of business after 14 years!

Whilst I have taken much time to escalate the matter their responses to my escalations have been nonchalant!

I will never recommend MWeb as they have no regard for the impact that their pathetic service has on small businesses.
