PATHETIC SERVICE DELIVERY

Worst ISP to deal with. You stay on a call for 45 mins before someone answers and if the call drops they dont the DECENCY to call to you back. It appears they run their business just as how this country runs. A total disaster, poor customer service and love to give theire customers the run around.
