Pathetic service delivery

Good day...I'm really a frustrated client right now...I have reviewed on Evotel...noq it's Mweb...I have not been notified of a outage in the area from last week...but I contacted evotel on Tuesday ticket no 415312...I was told to contact mweb as they was either addressed gte outage with me...today 23 October I spoke to SanDisk...call agent who apologized on behalf of mweb dlfor not contacting ne...I was given a ticket no today Mweb***9...still waiting for a senior to get back to me...pathetic service delivery from mweb...one day gehknd with payment our service is cut...how's that...
