Pathetic service

So I called in yesterday waited for half an hour on the line.. Just to be given the incorrect information.. I baught and paid for a Fibre voucher.. Which I now cannot redeem due to site issues from your side.. Your agent tells me to use a pc, I can't do it from my fone.. I immediately new this was nonsense but gave her the benefit of the doubt.. I called in again today.. After 20mins of waiting.. Was placed on hold for another 15mins...only to have the called dropped... Pathetic service..
