Pathetic service

Most dissapinting service. I have been without internet since Saturday and everytime I phone I am told to do the samething over and over again. The worst part is an that told me to go buy LAN cable as my is faulty and just came back from the mall still not working. My airtime is being finished and no one calls me back after I spend a minimum of 30 everytime I phone.
