Pathetic service

Mweb is really pathetic when it comes to customer service. My friend moved out of her house 2 weeks ago and moved to a new place that already have fibre installed. She contacted Mweb to ask them to please connect her at her new house. Mweb sent an e-mail to say they will get back to her and never did. It's been 2 weeks and she has been paying Mweb for a service she doesn't have.

Pathetic to say the least!
