Pathetic service

Pathetic service. I signed up in Oct25 and wanted service to commence from 01 Dec25. They took too long in Dec so I cancelled within the 1st week. Now I am liable for Oct, Nov and Dec. Never made use of their services, ever but have to pay. Apparently once uou sign up they charge you from that date instead of from when you want it to commence. No info given upon opening this account. Absolutely Pathetic, agent argues with you. How does a company charge you for a service you did not use? Crazy. Will never make use of them again, or recommend to anyone. Please save yourself the drama. They are so eager when you sign up, after that you're left to deal with any queries on your own.
