Pathetic service

Since dawn I had no internet connection. I work from home so I rely on the wifi. I logged a query stating there is NO INTERNET CONNECTION they respond with all the things I need to do for SLOW CONNECTION. 4 hours. Later by the way. I then respond with a picture showing there is no service. I am still without internet had to SPEND EXTRA MONEY For data today. Are you guys aware there is now open serve in our area with cheaper rates. Sort out my issue or atleast have the decency to call. Because when I call them I am caller 109
