Pathetic Service

I opened an account with MWeb. I wasn't entirely happy with their customer service. I requested to close the account with one of their agents, they agreed and the interaction is on my profile, they have not closed my account until this day and keep charging my bank for services that I do not use. They are not reachable and really a nuisance to say the least.
