Pathetic service, cancelling my Fibre order.

27 May 2019, 08:38I ordered Fibre from MWEB and was promised that it would be installed with 14 days. (This after being let down by another ISP) They confirmed we would have Fibre in our area. Well after several emails, telephone calls and reference numbers, we still do not have Fibre,18 days. I did however receive the modem. Why do these ISP lie so blatantly, and keep moving the dates and fail to inform the customer?
This is now the second time that we have been **** to about ISP and delivering Fibre.
