Pathetic service calls aren't cnoected to agents live chats aswell

Serviceis so pathetic the debit my account freely but when needing assistance of a technical error calls aren't answered I stay as caller number 20 for two hours already spent 200 on call on them .Ohk I resort to live hat still poor service they busy looking for an agent to connect me it's now 2 hours waiting to connect with an agent ..Can I please cancel the deal can I have what's debited reversed I can't deal with unprofessionalism we aren't considered yet going to my account is easily accessible to them .Two weeks without network yet we paid where do I turn to now as there is no way of reporting the matter all platforms are so unprofessional we aren't considered as customers
