Pathetic service call center not operating the whole day account suspended with no service rendered.

I’ve been trying to call the call center the whole day today!!!

I app**** for fiber 11November and received the router few days after that. They only came to install the fiber this past Sunday. But wanted to debit my account immediately after receiving the router so they suspended my account for a device I had not used or had access to.

The technician guys from open serve only came this past weekend to install the fiber and connect the ONT what is the way forward now since you have suspended my account??! Openserve said I would need a password from MWEB. I’m just really tired of all this pathetic treatment and service. People work way too hard for their money to receive such terrible service. Do we have to complain first to get service??!!
