PATHETIC SERVICE

Had my line and service transferred to my new address on 01 Feb. Service provider did the work and installed everything, but of course MWEB didnt do their bit... All the LIGHTS ARE BURNING BUT NO-ONE IS HOME ****erally) - NO SIGNAL and the call centre is useless, staffed by mindless drones!!
