Pathetic service

Have been trying to get a line reinstalled for over a month. No response, pathetic feedback.

I have waited far too long on every call I have made to mweb.

Have also repeatedly asked them to sort out my current existing line. Paying for a 50/20 line.. but has never worked on that speed.

I now want to cancel my existing line and new order.

I've had enough!
