Pathetic service

Absolutely pathetic service, unable to contact mweb, theh do not answer phones and on the self help service everytime you try to log a query it immediately tells you session has timed out and have to login again, you can login in a hundred times service still does not work. Waste of time, waste of airtime, waste of data, Dear mweb openserve has installed the fibre infrastructure kf i do not hear from you regarding the delivery of my router you can be rest assured i will find another service provider and will not pay a cent to mweb.
