Pathetic service

I am so disgusted in mweb. The staff has given me incorrect information. I paid my account late in January was told my account has been recalculated due and early termination fee which I did not request to cancel. Now I have been paying monthly and now I received a message saying my service will be suspended if I do not pay but I have paid and was not made aware I still had to pay the early termination fee. I have also requested the chats to be sent to me they refuse saying it's not something they can do . I am disgusted and will be terminating my service with mweb.
