Pathetic service

Worse fibre service provider. No feedback just automated responses. Had to call in weekly and still no fibre. Matter was escalated but i had to still call in and basically get NO FEEDBACK. My account was even debited and services are not active. I had to also call in and change payment menthod to eft rather than debit because at end of July my account would have been debited again!
