Pathetic service !!!

You can tell by their lack of responses that that are a bad service provider, you will hold for hours to get through, no option of a call back, I have been without network for 8 days and still struggling and not one sent to sort out my issue, I work from home and have had to buy data and use my money to be calling their pathetic call center, experienced the same issue 3 weeks ago where I did not have connection for nearly a week. The least they can do is give me a refund, but they are sending me from here to there. I will never ever deal with this company ever again once contract has run out.
