Pathetic service.

I am so disgusted by your service. I've been calling your support center for 5 hours to get assistance. My internet has been down since 5 this morning (14 March). More than 12 hours later, no progress. I've explained to the agent's I need to work as I can't do my work duties without internet. All I'm being told is what the progress notes are on the activity board. Every month I pay my bill on time and receive such poor service, it leaves a bitter taste in my mouth. I call and spend 10-25 minutes on the phone waiting to be assisted and get minimal assistance. Mweb your service is off putting. Ticket number :MWB***5
