Pathetic service - Avoid this bunch of ***********s at all costs

If I could give a minus rating I would. I have been trying to get them to port my number since November. They keep sending me emails to say they can't port the number and must send the documentation. I've done this multiple times!! Their call centre numbers are always "Ringing off the hook". And they promise to call me back if I leave my number. I never get a call back!! I've sent emails to their *** and *** with absolutely no response except once to say that they hadn't received the documentation which was resent to them. I'm not surprised that they're up for sale. They're worse than Telkom!!!
