Pathetic service and lies from call centre

Impossible to cancel fibre request. Pathetic service from call centre. I have numerous ref numbers but they not worh anything. The call centre agent each time says it will be canceled in 24 hours and I will get and sms and email.... But nothing happens. Have to wait 20mins to talk to an agent each time
