Pathetic service and just a waste of time!

Don’t waste your time! They were supposed to have connected my wifi at my new residence on 1 feb. It’s now the 12th. Everytime you call- you waste a whole lot of airtime waiting to get through, just to be told it’s Frogfoot they waiting for. When you call Frogfoot- they tell you mweb hasn’t sent them a certain pin and that they are waiting for mweb to apply for early access. I see I’m not the only one having this issue here. They need to be held accountable 😡
